If you have a lengthy note (web clipped article) and you want to find a keyword within that note? You can easily find a keyword by using the CTRL + F shortcut. Here’s how to do it:
1. Select note from note list and press CTRL + F. This will open the search toolbar at the bottom of the note.
2. Enter the keyword you want to search for and press Enter. In this example I have used “chat”.
3. Evernote will find the first occurrence of that word. If you want to find another occurrence of the same word, just press Enter again. If Evernote cannot find the keyword you will here a “ding’.
4. To stop searching, press ESC or click the “X” on the search toolbar.
